We are PH Coffee Limited trading as Pearhaus coffee. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12728555. Our registered office is 17 Courthill Road, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9HJ.

Introduction
1. These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and PH Coffee Limited, the owner and operator of this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
2. In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the website and is not either (i) employed by PH Coffee Limited and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to PH Coffee Limited and accessing the website in connection with the provision of such services.
Product description and substitution
1. Products and packaging may vary slightly from pictures. The images of products on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only.
Your right to make changes
1. If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us via email using hello@pearhauscoffee.com or call us on 07887 294205. If we can fulfil the change, subject to postage days, we will let you know of any price differences.
2. If you wish to make a change to your monthly subscription, please update this using your online account login by the 25th of the month.
Delivery
1. Our deliveries are sent out by 2 day tracked delivery to the delivery address provided in the order.
2. Orders under £10 will incur a £2 delivery charge. Orders over £10 will be free of charge.
3. Shipping will be made three times a week as per the below:
a. Orders completed between 3pm Friday to 3pm Sunday will be posted on the Monday.
b. Orders completed between 3pm Sunday to 3pm Wednesday will be posted on the Thursday.
c. Orders completed between 3pm Wednesday to 3pm Friday will be posted on the Saturday.
4. If you urgently need a delivery, please contact us via email using hello@pearhauscoffee.com or call us on 07887 294205.
Quality check
1. Upon receipt of your goods, please ensure you remove all packaging and check the correct products have been received. If you have received incorrect products or you are not satisfied with the quality of products, please contact us at hello@pearhauscoffee.com or call us on 07887 294205 within 14 days. A photo is always useful.
2. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund.
Returns
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Please email us at hello@pearhauscoffee.com with your order number and the item you wish to return and we will contact you.
3. All returns are to be shipped to Pearhaus coffee, 17 Courthill Road, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9HJ. You will be responsible for the returns postage cost. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Food
- Magazines or newspapers
- Personal care items
Sale items
1. Only non sale items can be returned.
Refunds
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm if the refund is approved or rejected.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
3. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your bank to check refunds processing time.
Subscriptions
1. We will post all subscriptions out following the delivery cut off dates as per delivery section 3 via tracked postage.
2. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription, you can do this by logging into your online account. Please make all changes before the next payment is due out.
3. The first payment will be made upon subscription sign up and then future payments will be taken on the same date going forward.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
1. All content included on the website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of PH Coffee Limited, our affiliates, or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website, including any such content uploaded by users. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner’s prior written permission.
2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:
